  • Licensing Renewal & Modifications: Including extension agreements, license spectrum and change of ownership.
  • Cancellations: HSC will handle necessary cancellations for unused or sold radio systems.
  • Change of Ownership: HSC is experienced with handling procedures and documentation for obtaining federal organization approvals during change of ownership.
  • Construction Notifications: HSC will file Construction "Schedule K" Notifications to notify the FCC that, within the required time period: either build-out/coverage or construction requirements have been satisfied; compliance with yearly station construction commitments for licensees with approved extended implementation plans has been met or to request a regular authorization for paging facilities currently operating under developmental authority.
  • Petition for Reconsideration: This filing is required when a change has been ordered to your license. Failure to file your construction notice notification by the build-out deadline the FCC will change your license status to termination pending. You will then have 30 days to file a petition before termination becomes permanent.
  • Tower Registration & Signage: When a tower exceeds 200 feet in height or is in the glide slope path of an airport an FCC tower registration is required. HSC will complete your tower registration and handle obtaining necessary signage for FCC compliance.
  • System Engineering & Design/Contour & Coverage Maps: HSC can assist you in developing your system and coverage requirements, to include developing coverage maps of your radio system.
  • Radio Safety Signage: HSC will procure FCC mandated signage for your fixed site equipment and towers. This signage is required to warn the general public and those working around fixed radio equipment of any potential health dangers.
