Human Resources Manager

HSC is accepting applications for a Human Resources Manager to manage the day-to-day HR activities and support the company's Beckley and Hurricane offices.

Job Requirements- Candidate must have exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills, as well as experience in the following: professional benefits and compensation program administration, interdepartmental and employee relations communications, and departmental/ organizational development. Candidate must adhere to workplace confidentiality guidelines and be versed in employment laws/ practices. Additional skill sets required include: excellent oral and written communications, effective organizational abilities, and advanced computer skills (i.e. database management and record keeping).

Responsibilities- Development, documentation, tracking, and administration of all Human Resource Management policies, procedures, and programs (interdepartmental, EH&S, ect). Development and/ or assistance with: recruiting activities, new hire orientation, employee training/ continuing education initiatives, organizational development, regulatory compliance and reporting initiatives, and performance management.

Education & Work Experience- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent field. Minimum five years progressive employment in Human Resources or related positions. Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.

Position Description- Full-time with benefits, working from Beckley, WV office.

HVAC Controls/ Service Technician

HVAC Controls/ Service Technician

HSC Building Automation & Controls (a division of HSC Industrial) is accepting applications for an HVAC Controls/ Service Technician to support their Hurricane Energy Management Division.

Job Requirements: Candidate must HVAC systems experience, as well as strong knowledge of programming building automation systems.

 

Responsibilities: Provides services to program, install, and commission as well as, maintain automation and control systems for building automation systems and energy management. Responsible for the reliable operation and maintenance of HSC installed control systems, including troubleshooting and repair of energy management equipment/ systems.

Work Experience: Minimum five years of building automation control and/ or HVAC systems installation.

Position Description: Full-time with benefits, working from Hurricane, WV office.

Two-way Radio Technician / Installer

HSC Industrial is a West Virginia based company with 25+ years experience providing integrated communications products (two-way, handheld and mobile radios, towers, satellite systems, mining communications, cell phone applications, and interoperability systems) and services (FCC licensing, narrowbanding, installation, support, and maintenance). We continue to grow our Integrated Communications division and are now accepting applications for two-way radio technicians and installers for our Beckley and Hurricane, WV locations.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities: Technicians/ Installers are responsible for maintaining reliable operation of communication equipment and require familiarity with specifying, installing, and troubleshooting mobile and fixed equipment and systems for diverse industries.

Work Experience: This position requires a minimum two years professional experience. Candidate should have knowledge and experience with basic two-way radio programming, installation, and equipment troubleshooting. Communication equipment product sales experience is also beneficial.

Position Description: Full-time with benefits. Technicians/ Installers will work from either Beckley or Hurricane, WV locations and as needed position may require travel to client sites and fixed equipment field locations. Travel does not require personal vehicle.
