Sales Parts & Accessories

We are ready to serve our clients. Whether you need one part or numerous accessories we can help. We maintain an on-site inventory of 10,000+ parts. We know that equipment problems are time sensitive therefore, we focus on offering prompt turn-around of parts and accessories to get our clients back to work as soon as possible. Our tool diagrams which include part numbers ensure that customers order the correct parts and accessories. Orders placed using part numbers not only ensures correct shipments but also accelerates the ordering process. A $25.00 minimum is required for all parts and accessory orders. We offer our resale account customers competitive discounts. Also, through our product manufacturers, we offer repair kits, as well as individual parts. Also, we have experience in locating obsolete parts. When necessary our Tools Division partners with product dealers in order locate obsolete parts and/or scrap parts.

 

 

Estimates

If needed, HSC is able to develop estimates for out of warranty repairs upon request. To speed up repairs and eliminate unnecessary estimates we workwith (or ask that) our customers to set reasonable price limits on each tool/part sent for service. HSC will then estimate a repair cost if the actual repair charges exceed the repair limit. Any repairs exceeding 40% of the new list price or those which are high, are automatically estimated. Estimate charges apply to any estimate not approved


Warranties

HSC tools and repairs come with our guarantee that the equipment will work. Repairs performed by HSC do not extend or alter any existing manufacturer's warranty. Out of warranty tool repairs are subject to an estimate charge and a shipping charge which will cover the return shipping costs.

Requests for warranty service coverage are subject to individual manufacturer's warranty policies. To ensure timely service, a copy of the original sales receipt must be sent.

Straight repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. The 90-day warranty does not cover damage(s) caused from abuse, neglect, tampering or alteration. Repaired tools which are returned within the 90-day warranty period that have problems unrelated to the previous repair will be charged only for parts used.

We offer a full service tool repair center capable of handling straight repairs such as rebuilding or restoring tools to original working condition. Tools sent for repair must include paperwork containing the following information:

Returns

Returned tools must be received within 90 days to be considered for warranty repair. Returns on parts must have pre-approval and are based on manufacturer guidelines. Before making a part return call 304.252.1918 for pre-approval. The returned item(s) must be in new condition and will be subject to a restocking fee.
