Bi-Directional Amplification Systems

We provide single band and dual band bi-directional amplification (BDA) for in-building cell phone and public communications systems (PCS) coverage. Our in-building cellular bi-directional amplification systems work to extend cellular services in limited or poor coverage areas by amplifying transmit/ receive signals to reduce problems with dropped calls and fading signals. We offer four in-building amplifiers/boosters: wireless amplifier systems, plug and play amplifier kits, desktop amplifier systems, and direct connection amplifier systems.

In many cases, our BDA systems can eliminate the need for landline phones. Our BDA systems have been utilized successfully in above and below ground metal and concrete structures, underground basements, buildings with numerous floors, as well as in mobile communications units. Our mobile amplifier products may also be installed in any vehicle and are ideal for public safety personnel and emergency responders who utilize their communications devices in day-to-day public service activities and life-saving efforts.

One of our larger scale BDA projects was for the state of Ohio's emergency communications system, MARCS (Mobile Area Radio Communications Systems). The MARCS system has over 97,000 users covering the areas of healthcare, emergency response, public utilities, and public safety agencies.

Additional clientele who have BDA systems installed by HSC Industrial include:
